在VC中操作图形文件，并对所读取的图形实现常规的处理是件很头痛的事。CBmpProc类提供了对图形文件的读取操作，并且对已经读入的图形进行处理，包括：取某区域的内容、将区域的内容复制到剪粘板、将剪粘板的内容复制出来……。
CBmpProc类由BmpProc.cpp和BmpProc.h两个文件组成。继承与CBitmap类。
