ShuLoger开发之初，只是为了方便我在学习实践个体软件过程课程（Personal Software Process ,PSP）的工作量/时间的统计问题，但随着不断的改进，ShuLoger也成为了提高小组软件工程（Team Software Process ,TSP）的有力助手。
