本文根据直喷式四冲程柴油机缸内工作过程特点,利用充排法将柴油机分成若干个控制容积,推导出描述柴油机工作过程的数学模型。基于P.(1)方法建立了瞬时摩擦模型。
在对云内动力股份有限公司生产的4100QB柴油发动机试验的基础上,结合建立的柴油机数学模型,并引入模块化建模思想,建立了基于Simulink的柴油机零维仿真模型。对模型进行了仿真,仿真结果与试验结果较为吻合。论证了仿真模型的正确性以及利用Simulink进行柴油机建模与仿真的有效性。(Based on the 4100QB diesel engine of Kunming Yannei Power Co.LTD and the mathematic models,introduced modularity modeling idea,a zero-dimension simulation
