本作品主控芯片采用TI公司的MSP430低功耗单片机,利用PT100的阻值对应相应温度的特性来检测,给PT100一恒定的电流来采样其输出电压信号。将电压信号放大到适合模数转换器的检测电压并用模数转换器转换成适用于为控制器的数字信号。单片机分析并处理模数转换器得到的对应数值量,最终将其处理成对空心瓷管电阻的功率的控制量,还要时时的将空心瓷管电阻的温度传回主控器中,从而达到闭环控制。本作品采用了键盘实时的设置和液晶实时检测结果的显示从而达到人机智能交流。并且加入一个语音报警模块,达到智能报警。-This work master control chip, adopts low-power MSP430 MCU of TI company, using PT100 resistance to detect the characteristics of the corresponding temperature corresponding to the PT100 a constant current to the output voltage signal sampling.The voltage signal amplification for the detection of voltage of adc and AD converter converts applies for the digital signal of the controller.Single-chip computer analysis and get the corresponding numerical processing AD converter, eventually will be treated as its hollow porcelain tube resistance power of control quantity in pairs, and always will be hollow porcelain pipe resistance temperature back to the host controller, so as to achieve closed-loop control.This work using the real-time keyboard Settings and LCD real-time detection results showed so as to achieve human-machine intelligent communication.And join a voice alarm module, to achieve intelligent alarm.
