温度控制系统的设计与实现
第一阶段我们已经完成了电源板、变送器和驱动器。
本学期的第二阶段要求是完成温度控制系统的设计与实现。
电路设计
⑴ 核心单元—单片机应用电路
⑵ 模拟量接口—A/D、D/A 电路
⑶ 人机交互单元—显示、键盘控制电路
程序设计
⑴ 控制模/数转换进行温度数据采集。
⑵ 控制数/模转换改变控温元件工作状态,进行温度控制。
⑶ 控制键盘与显示器,进行控制温度设定和测量温度显示。
⑷ 将温度数据转换为显示温度数值的算法程序。
⑸ 控制温度精确、平稳变化的的算法程序。
系统联调
⑴ 电路系统联调,配合测试程序实现基本的测温、控温功能。
⑵ 程序联调,通过电路系统实现精确、平稳的温度控制。
