【安装方法】
1. 编辑 down.cgi 按照该文件中参数说明修改信息
2. menu.txt是用来设置网站类别，修改时请注意保持默认格式（ NO|软件类别|类别简介 ）
3. 将所有CGI文件上传至指定目录(目录可自定)
4. 将所有CGI文件的属性修改为“755”
5. 确认全部设置无误后，运行 down.cgi 即可-The main function of the program []
