处理过程
A）B从A获取文件列表
B）B发送文件列表给C
C）C用遍历接收到的文件列表，分别从D查找列表中的每个文件，查看其是否存在相同的文件：存在则把列表中的文件去掉，继续下一个；不存在则继续下一个；结束遍历后返回文件列表给B，如果都存在也要返回空列表。
D）B接收到返回的文件列表后，遍历新的列表，从A中下载对应文件，分包发送给C。
E）C接收到分包发送的数据后，解析包，然后上传到D（分追加和覆盖）。
F）停顿一定时间，整个周期再来一遍。-ftp file synchronization
