通过完成一个学生管理系统的系统设计，来学习、了解并掌握相关的软件，安装包或开发平台和运行平台的搭建，熟悉Tomcat的目录结构，掌握如何在Tomcat下开发Web应用，以及如何利用集成开发环境MyEclipse开发Web应用。
通过实验，能够熟练掌握MySQL数据库的安装，熟练使用SQL语言创建与修改数据库，熟练掌握JDBC访问数据库的步骤，能够使用JDBC技术在动态网站中实现获取数据、增加数据、修改数据、删除数据等功能。
在安装好相应的数据库并建立数据源之后，需要获取相应数据库的JDBC驱动程序，并将它们保存在指定的位置，然后重启Tomcat。编写程序的具体步骤：装载驱动程序、定义所要连接的数据库的地址、与数据库建立连接、建立语句对象、声明并执行SQL语句、对结果集进行处理、关闭对象。
