这个冷风网盘系统源码我一直没有放出来，因为这是我帮某省电子科大的XX同学做的一款毕业设计，今天他(她)毕业答辩过了，所以就分享给大家啦 。
数据库我已经放在了数据库目录下，大家改下 在web.config里面改下数据库路径，必须是MSSQL数据库。
主要功能
1.用户管理 对用户进行增删查改
2文件管理 对会员进行上传的文件进行管理
