This a simple code and software using APIwin32 to easily help you to create simple decoder for 16SEGMENTS displayer for your application. It use the GUI to draw segments in assembly and C languages,and there is sample program in the (My displayer folder) to help anyone to use it. I built it just because I wanted to operate with a 16segments displayer.
