主要用途:
1、准确测量容量大于0.1uF电容的ESR。可测CBB电容的ESR。分辨力0.01欧。
2、测量0.1uF到10uF电容的容量,其中,在0.1到3uF之间可得较高精度。分辨到1nF。
3、准确测量0到1200uH的电感。电感直流电阻大于1欧的,需人工修正。分辨到0.02uH。
4、测量小于20欧无感电阻,精度优于三位半的万用表,可分辨到0.01欧。
上述四个用途,落在本表的主量程内,测量有效且精度高。-Main purpose:
An accurate measurement of capacity greater than 0.1uF capacitor ESR. Measurable CBB capacitor ESR. Resolution of 0.01 euro.
