用vbs实现的简体与繁体互相转换的工具，本版本仅支持命令行输入，自动辨别字符串和文本，支持批量转换。

　　语法:chs2cht [/q] [/s|/t] [string] [drive:][path][filename]

　　/e:输出到命令行，默认是输出到提示框，仅适用于wscr ipt脚本宿主启动字符转换模式

　　/q:安静模式，关闭所有非错误提示

　　/s:启用繁体转简体模式，启用简体转繁体模式

　　/t:启用简体转繁体模式

　　注意，初次调用的时候默认为简体转繁体-Vbs achieved with Simplified and Traditional mutual conversion tool, this version only supports command line input, automatically identify and text strings, support batch conversion.
