The RJ Mall situated in sub-urban place of Mumbai and was opened by Rejib Developers Pvt Ltd. The 250,000 sq ft (23,000 m2) mall with a frontage of 700 ft (210 m). It was designed by Cooper and their partners. RJ Mall is a 4-storeyed air-conditioned mall covering an area of approximately 80,000 sq ft (7,000 m2) on each floor. The site includes a 7 level car parking facility.

The mall owner maintains the details of all the shopping centers open, food courts, maintenance of the elevator, parking place, washrooms and so on. They have allocated the manager to handle all this work. For the manager maintaining this data alone will not be possible, hence he recruited employees for this and distribute the work in the section wise. Though managing this work manually would also be difficult. To make the system work more efficiently an automated system is required. RJ Mall has four floors, top one is occupied by Food court, basement area is for parking.
