目前全球大约有30亿台设备上运行着Java，而文件传输协议一种最基本的应用层协议按照客户/服务器的模式进行工作，提供交互式的访问，是INTERNET使用最广泛的协议之一。尤其是在移动终端APP的开发上，更多的运用了Java语言，探索基于Java语言的文件传输的实现也就有了其必要性。

本文基于java语言阐述了有图形界面的文件传输系统的实现，利用SOCKET以及SERVERSOCKE等类方法，当中实现了上传、下载、获取目录等基本文件传输功能-Currently running Java Approximately 30 million devices, while a basic file transfer protocol application layer protocol in accordance mode client/server, providing interactive access, is one of the most widely used INTERNET agreement.
