主要功能包括：
1. 登陆和快速注册；
2. 会议管理：发布会议，查看待开会议和已开会议，删除会议记录；
3. 车辆管理：对车辆信息的新增、修改和删除；
4. 员工管理、部门管理、通讯录管理、新闻管理、格言管理。
三、注意事项
1、默认用户名密码均是:51aspx。
2、开发环境为Visual Studio 2008，数据库为SQL Server 2005，数据库文件在DB_51aspx文件夹中-A, source characteristics
