Delphi:让Delphi改变系统提示信息，鼠标移动到窗口的方框内，会显示鼠标提示，图标被更换了，编写时放置一个图标，并重新计算提示栏窗体的大小，再将Application.ICON的图标换成其他的图标，绘制提示栏边框，把新类设置为默认的提示栏类。
