精美的WEB在线文件管理增强版源码
因自己的网站需要使用到文件管理功能，所以下载回来并作了以下修改：
1.修改了目录民航，为目录导航添加了导航链接，这样更适合window7用户的使用习惯
2.可以导航到硬盘根目录
3.修正了点击文件直接进行查看时，提示无法找到文件的错误
4.成功转换成VS2008版本
5.修正转换过程中出现的错误
6.修正了修改文件时，如果文件中存在HTML，报“从客户端(TextBox5="<...")中检测到有潜在危险的 Request.Form 值。 ”的错误
