修正两个BUG：
1 IE下分类菜单读不到数据。URL转码的原因，修改了dbdata.js文件。
2 首页搜索不能用。个人疏忽导致的。
去除了下载前重命名文件的功能。因为这个功能虽然我自己用着没有什么问题，很多其他人给我反应问题很多，所有在有更好的解决办法前先去掉。

Home search can not be used. Personal negligence.
Addition to rename files before downloading. Because this feature for my own use without any problems, many other people gave me the reaction, first take the better solution before.
