基于单片机的温度控制系统设计与实现--设计了烘干箱温度控制及其显示系统。本设计中通过单线式温度传感器DS18B20进行温度检测,并将检测数据送入核心处理器AT89C51进行数据处理,温度的控制调整由双向可控硅、键盘、核心处理器协调工作完成 ,并将最终温度通过四位一体数码管显示。采用MCS-51系列单片机作为核心处理器控制方便、灵活,并且能够很大程度上提高温度控制技术指标。-In this paper, a drying case temperature control and display system is designed. This design is to detect the temperature with the single line type temperature sensor DS18B20, and the test data is taken into core processor AT89C51 for processing. The control and the adjustment of the temperature is completed by the TRIAC, the keyboard, the core processor coordination work. And the result will be displayed on the four-in-one digital tube. This design which uses the MCS-51 single chip microcomputer is convenient and flexible, also it can greatly increase the temperature control technology index.
