本程序是用VC++6.0编写，实现了位图的打开，直方图统计，直方图均衡化，直方图双向均衡化。其中双向均衡化在进行直方图均衡化处理的同时，进行灰度级均衡化。消除灰度冗余，并在整个显示范围内对图像灰度级进行等间距排列。-This program is written in VC++6.0 achieve a bitmap open histogram, histogram equalization, histogram equalization bi-directional.
