使用了的来自www.j2000.org的开源代码，是用C写的。在WinCE上运行很慢，同时我有几个参数弄的不太明白，发上来和大家交流一下。这些代码在和www.j2000.org提供给我的代码相同的许可下发行。
VC版可以压缩和解压j2k(其实就是jp2)文件，以及Jpeg文件（使用IJG）。EVC版可以在WINCE下执行，目前EVC版只写了解码部分。
