我自己做的ffmpeg的h264的decoder的vc++6.0的完整源代码（一个补丁和一个附加的vc工程目录），使用方法在压缩包内。
所依据的版本是2007.1.19 checkout的，修改后的vc版本运行速度与MinGW+gcc编译的最高运行速度基本相当（+/－2％）。
只能使用intel编译器，vc自带的编译器效率太低。
