奥运公园车辆调度系统

主要在于车辆自动调度的实现，根据游客数目和车辆要求自动分配车辆，并有计费、报警功能。

题目背景：

北京奥运森林公园是为举办第29届奥运会而建设的一处以自然山水、植被为主、可持续发展的休憩空间。奥运森林公园位于北京城市中轴线的北端与北京市城市总体规划的环城绿化带的交汇点处，总占地面积约为680公顷，是目前北京市规划建设的最大的开放式城市公园。公园内有四轮自行车30辆（最多乘坐4人）、两轮电动车25辆（可带一个学龄前儿童）。游客可以选择乘坐这些车辆游览公园，在约定时间内归还（1个小时费用80元，超过10分钟50元，提前交押金300元）。

实验内容：

1、为该公园游览车辆（四轮自行车、两轮电动车）设置调度程序；

2、为该公园设计游览车辆计费程序（车辆费用达到260元后自动提醒，达到300元时电动车自动停车。非正常停车（非法路线、押金用完）系统报警）；

3、在条件允许情况下图形显示结果；
