自己写的android图片浏览控件，可作为独立控件直接嵌入其他布局中，无任何耦合
具有以下特点：
1、支持本地添加图片和从网络添加图片的双重接口
2、支持设置是否有切换按钮，支持切换按钮的资源通过接口来设置
3、支持直接滚动与按钮切换的双重操作
4、切换按钮随图片位置变化而变化，例如当显示0位置图片时，也会只显示右边按钮，当切换至最后一副图片时，会只显示左按钮
5、支持图片的缩放，支持图片最大，最小缩放比率的设置
