美国国家仪器公司 NI(National Instruments Corporation)虚拟仪器技术
和 LabVIEW8.5 作为软件平台,尝试开发大型风力发电机组旋转机械状
态监测系统,并根据风力发电机组和风电场远程监控的特征,对监测系
统的通信方式进行分析比较后,选择通信方案。监测系统的目的是对采
集的振动信号通过曲线拟合、统计分析、频率响应等步骤进行定量分析,将数据以图和表的形式显示出来,并储存所有数据。经过对模拟输入振
动信号的分析处理进行仿真,验证了该风力发电机组旋转机械振动监测软件平台的可操作性,具有进一步开发和完善其现场应用的价值。
