使用单片机、液晶显示器、两个按键（确定键、功能键）及其它外围元件，设计一个秒表，实现功能如下：
（1）开机上电后，液晶显示器第一行显示“Welcome Here！”，第二行显示“Please Enter Key”。
（2）按下“确定键”，液晶显示器先清除屏幕，然后再显示，第一行显示你的姓名拼音，第二行显示你的学号。
（3）按下“确定键”后，液晶显示器先清除屏幕，然后进入到秒表的界面，第一行显示“Miao Biao Test”，第二行显示“00.00”，计时到秒后面两位。
（4）第1次按下“功能键”，秒表开始计时，第2次按“功能键”，计时停止，第3次按“功能键”，计时清零。
