This work is a quick and objective approach on the Scrum, applied in a scenario "chaotic" development of a software medium to large, and that affects most businesses Information Technology of Paraiba. The same is guided by the implementation of Scrum in this scenario, where viewing are some difficulties, but mainly the excellent results obtained with the methodology, such as widespread knowledge, self-managing and organizing daily activities.
