用WPF实现的仿Silverlight网页加载的进度条（渐变圆），封装成DLL，在winform下可直接调用。
另外，也实现了winform下的传统工具条，做成了DEMO，可以比较winform进度条和wpf进度条的效果。-Silverlight with WPF implementation of the fake page loading progress bar (gradient circle), packaged into a DLL, can be directly invoked in winform.
