每天都要交报表，且报表是几个人一起填写的
我把报表放在服务器上，要求每个人修改自己报表后都要建立一个文本文件
写上几号修改完成，为了检测是不是有人提交完报表用一下午时间写了个简单的文件监视器。共享一下
可以监视文件夹内文件的增删改
可以复制整个文件夹（复制功能还没完善）
