集中器是抄表系统重要的组成部分，其性能好坏直接影响到抄表系统工作效率。本文利用先进的嵌入式技术设计并实现了一种电能抄表集中器，具有运行速度快、功能强等特点，既可以通过以太网应用在局域网覆盖的小区．也可以通过GPRS对没有宽带接入的小区或偏远的农村进行用电管理。该集中器经过适当的调整，可以应用于供水、供气系统中，做到水、电、气三表合一的集中抄表。-Concentrator,as an important component of the metering system,whether performances well will directly affect the eficiency of the metering system．This paper introduced the design of an electric energy metering concentrator by adopting the advanced embedded system technology．Th e electric energy metering concentrator offers the desirable features of high speed and strong function,etc．Furtherm ore，it not only can be applied in the districts covered of the L N through the Ethemet,but also can be applied in the districts or remote rural areas where there is no broadband accessing through the GPRS．With appropriate adjustments，the concentrator can be used in water supply systems and gas supply systems．It can provide the function of reading the degrees of water，electricity and gas in the same meter．
