利用fortran编程的二进制遗传算法。遗传算法将生物界遗传进化思想用于数学优化当中,形成了一种特性优良的启发式搜索算法,它能较方便地搜索出目标函数的最优值,更为重要的是,遗传算法的目标函数可以是连续函数,也可以是间断函数,因此它的使用范围比微积分极值理论的应用范围更广-Binary genetic algorithm
