摘 要：近年来考研形势呈现出激烈的竞争局面，每年的报考研究生人数众多，与上年的录取人数有重要关系。同样作为人力资源投资方式的就业也对报考研究生人数有重大影响。本文通过协整分析，并利用线性函数建立的计量经济模型，通过实证研究，得出报考研究生人数和上一年的录取人数，及当年就业人数之间有协整关系，并根据研究结论提出了相应的建议。-Abstract: In recent years Kaoyan situation showing a fierce competitive situation, the large annual number of post-graduate education, and last year the number of admission. The same way as investment in human resources employment have a significant impact on the number of post-graduate education. Cointegration analysis and the use of a linear function of the econometric model, through empirical study, draw the number of post-graduate education and on the number of admission, and then cointegration relationship between employment and in accordance with the conclusions the corresponding recommendations.
