本系统实现基于P2P和.NET的视频会议系统。系统主要功能有视频获取、传输和接收，音频获取、传输和接收，聊天文字信息传输和接收。
本系统主要是基于P2P的思想实现的，这也是本项目创新的关键。服务端只负责peer端注册和系统信息的产生和传输。Peer端通过与服务器端建立TCP连接，将自己的信息注册到服务器上。同时peer端也通过服务器端获得其他已注册peer端的信息，然后通过直接UDP组播的方式将文字、视频和音频数据发送给其他peer端。-This system based on P2P and.
