操作FAT和NTFS文件系统的程序。它完全不通过Windows的API函数，而通过分析底层二进制代码的方法还原文件系统，从而找到目标文件。达到复制和删除系统系统文件的目的。是我的毕业设计，只是NTFS下的删除没能实现，并且程序在Win2000上有BUG-FAT and NTFS file system operation procedures. It completely through Windows API function, the underlying binary code by way of restoring the file system to find the target file. Copy and delete the system to achieve the purpose of system files. My graduation project, but did not delete the NTFS under implementation, and the program have a BUG in Win2000
