能够模拟添加一笔存款，需要指定存款金额、存款日期和利率rate类型

能查询指定账户在指定日期能提取的总金额(定期未到期的直接按活期利率计算)

能够模拟取钱. 输入: 取钱日期, 取钱数额amount, 从哪一存款类型中去. 当取钱数额大于帐户的余额, 要提醒用户,并告知可以取的钱总额. 如果定期存额时间未到, 要取款,按活期计算. 如果某笔定期存款, 在取钱时, 时间已经超过定期时间, 多余的时间按活期计算利率.-Simple banking system.
