计算机管理是旨在管理计算机及其使用者的全部信息的系统。本文首先介绍银行计算机使用管理的背景和意义及设计目的；在各个机构拥有多台计算机的方面分析，从机构，使用人，计算机信息三个方面出发，对计算机的信息进行统计。本系统采用面向对象的思想，用J2EE的MVC模式设计。将应用程序分为模型—视图—控制控制器三个部分，强制性的使应用程序的输入、处理和输出分开，成功地避免了代码的重复使用。最后针对银行计算机使用管理系统进行了测试，找出运行后的不足加以分析，并提出相应的解决方法。-Computer Management is to manage computers and users all information systems.
