移植成功的u-boot1.2.0源码，支持TX2440开发板或者2K大页面nandflash，DM9000a网卡的其他厂家的2440开发板。可设置环境变量以nandflash、网络（tftp以及nfs都可）引导内核，适合初学者进行代码分析或者作为上层开发人员的内核引导工具。
