这个小工具能在鼠标移动时捕捉经过的点的像素颜色，显示在对话框上。
有两种工作模式：1.界面颜色捕捉
2.颜色输入显示
两种工作模式可以用ctrl+space切换，ctrl+space 同时可以锁定当前颜色。
