系统正常关机需要需要通知所有进程都保存好数据，退出后才可

关机。

当前有些杀毒软件、或需要联网更新数据的程序有繁忙的时候，

因此会导致某些时候产生关机慢的现象。

本软件原理，强制终止任何正在运行的进程后，直接关机。对系

统没有任何影响。
