像这样的程序很多，但是好像没有把它做成控件的
代码不多，有助于学习。我是最讨厌把别人的代码直接拿去应付毕业的，我只讲实用价值。
这个控件的特点：
1、用户代码少，用户只使用已行代码办可以实现缩放功能；
2、支持填充样式多。可支持居中、平铺、拉伸、等比拉伸（我还没发现别的相关代码支持这一功能）；
3支持固定Logo显示。可以利用它在窗口显示上边之类的东西（这一功能好像也没见过）。

This control features: 1, user code less lines of code the user only has to do to use the zoom feature can be achieved 2, support the fill style and more. To support the center, tile, drawing, geometric drawing (I have not found any other related code to support this function) 3 supports fixed Logo Display. Can use it in the window on top of things like (this feature seems to have never seen).
