delphi串口做的云台镜头控制系统
源代码配置：
(1)要加入ActiveX控件MSComm，否则程序无法编译。
(2)如果Delphi中没有NMPOP3控件（位于FastNet）控件组，则程序也无法编译，在Delphi 6 中一般默认都有。
