1,if you want to boot from onenand flash,just "make zImage" is OK.

2,if you want to boot from nfs,remove select: "make menuconfig"--->General setup --->[] Initial RAM filesystem and RAM disk (initramfs/initrd) support,

then "make zImage" is OK.
