毕业论文设计:在现代橡塑工业中,连续混炼机已经得到越来越广泛的应用。为了提高连续混炼机的混炼性能,需要不断改进混炼机转子的构型,以得到最优化的转子构型。本次设计的实验装置就是为了试验不同转子构型对物料的混合效果,然后提出对转子改进的意见。为了方便更换转子,转子采用组合式,通过在花键轴上套上不同的转子元件,实现转子构型的变化,同时混炼室采用剖分式,并且用透明材料制作,可以观察到物料在混炼腔中混合的全过程。-Thesis Design: In the modern rubber industry, the continuous mixer has been more and more widely used. In order to improve mixing performance, continuous mixer, mixing machine need to continually improve the rotor configuration, in order to get optimum rotor configuration. The design of the experimental device is to experiment with different rotor configuration mixing effect on the materials, and then put forward suggestions for improvement of the rotor. In order to facilitate the replacement of the rotor, rotor with composite, by spline shaft bearing a different rotor components, to achieve the rotor configuration changes, while use of split-type mixing chamber, and the transparent material can be observed that the material in mixing chamber in the whole process of mixing
