PWM控制电机,编辑控制方式。在这个DEMO里建了一个函数F_Pwm(int a,int b) 用于PWM设置，传入两个参数第一个用于频率设置，第二个用于占空比设置。另外还开了外部中断可进行频率和占空比的步进，从而达到调整速度的目的-PWM motor control, edit control mode.
