随着网络越来越备受关注，人们对网络方面的应用越来越青睐，各种各样聊天工具也相继被开发出来，自然而然，开发网络方面的聊天程序也将是网络应用的一大亮点，便设计了这个局域 网聊天程序，报告主要是对程序进行需求分析、概要设计、详细设计，以及最后实现的全过程。本程序的编制主要采用的是目前最流行的java语言，Java语言最大的特点是具有跨平台性，以使其能够在任何操作系统平台上运行，并得到了广泛的应用。
