CAM学习程序

此程序基于OpenCV中CAM模块。可以用于CAM属性设置，采集视频信号并录制，设置录制视频解码器等方面的学习。

程序中用

R键控制程序开始录制，

P键控制程序暂停录制，

S键控制程序停止录制，

录制中有字符RECORD提示。

是一款集学习和实用为一体的小程序。-CAM learning process of this program is based on OpenCV in the CAM module.
