在使用VC6.0时,能够自动提示函数参数信息,以及对象的属性、方法等信息，但是不提供常量、宏的信息（不知Microsoft为什么会这样？？？？）。这使得我们在使用常量时，如果记不全，就得查帮助文件。本人想如果能自动提供常量信息的话，就方便许多。于是自己开发了这个Add_In(VCExtendTools)。
