在程序实例一个小型公司的人员信息管理系统已给的程序代码中存在着两个问题：

运用第六章多态性和虚函数所学的知识对程序进行改进，解决上述两个问题，练习虚函数和纯虚函数的使用及动态多态的实现。

Chapter VI the use of virtual function polymorphism and knowledge to improve on the procedures to resolve these two problems, exercises virtual function and pure virtual function of the use and the realization of dynamic polymorphism.
