由于程序是多语言自动识别的，可能程序略显复杂一些。
这个程序里面使用了内码转换，虽然源程序都是GBK码的汉字，但能够根据运行平台或设置进行汉字内码转换(GBK<=>BIG5)
☆可以参照这个程序做串口设置程序，串口设置保存在与 .EXE 文件同名的 .CFG 里。
