落伍分类信息是落伍应广大站长的需求开发的第一份免费PHP免费开源程序，这次版本我们命名为落伍分类 V1.00
程序采用php+mysql数据库 方式运行并可生成 html 页面的全新且完善的分类信息系统。
可以独立运行，也可以直接整合到UC上，可以开启注册用户系统，也可以不使用用户系统。
程序说明：
一、负载能力
程序经过合理的数据库架构， 内容页面生成html页面,以提升网站的负载能力。
二、访问速度
系统在安全、稳定、易用的原则下开发完成，采用独立的模板和数据库架构及严谨的代码设计保证落伍分类系统的高效和稳定运行。
三、程序模式
采用模板和程序分离的模式，以方便大家在不懂php语言的情况下通过模板来修改网站的风格。
四、智能垃圾信息过滤
程序通过后台设置的敏感词汇进行信息的过滤，信息里具有敏感词汇的，信息暂时不能发布，需管理进行审核之后才能发布。
五、防发贴机发布信息
程序以独特的方式防范发贴机在网站*消息，避免网站遭发贴机的骚扰！
六、与 Discuz的整合
程序整合UCenter 1.0.0 ，只需在网站的后台进行相关的设置。
七、人性化设计
网站分为有会员功能与无会员功能，在后台相应的位置进行设置。-as above
